
Alloy Holdings Announces Agreements to Acquire GSM Metals, Inc. and Cimini & Associates, Inc.
Acquisitions expand capabilities across precious metals, advanced materials, and mission-critical energy applications.
PROVIDENCE, Rhode Island, September 22,2026 — Alloy Holdings, LLC, a Rhode Island-based holding company focused onmetals, advanced materials, and precision manufacturing, announced today thatit has entered into definitive agreements to acquire privately held GSM Metals,Inc. and Cimini & Associates, Inc., located in Cranston and Westerly, RhodeIsland, respectively.
Upon closing, GSM Metals will continueoperating as GSM Metals, while Cimini & Associates will operate as C&AAdvanced Materials. Each business will become a wholly owned subsidiary ofAlloy Holdings, maintain operations at its current location, and continueserving its customers while pursuing opportunities for continued improvementand long-term growth.
GSM Metals
The acquisition of GSM Metals strengthensAlloy Holdings’ capabilities in precious metal mill products and expands itsreach in the premium and luxury jewelry market. Together with Lee’sManufacturing and Morvillo Precision Products, GSM Metals will broaden AlloyHoldings’ product offerings, strengthen supply-chain reliability, and create additionalopportunities to support customers across jewelry, commercial, andspecialty-material applications.
C&A Advanced Materials
C&A Advanced Materials strengthensAlloy Holdings’ industrial platform by adding capacity and technical expertisein advanced electrical materials and components serving grid infrastructure,power generation, and power distribution, including nuclear energyapplications. The business brings established capabilities in high-performancerod materials used in nuclear reactor technology worldwide, expanding AlloyHoldings’ participation in a specialized, mission-critical segment of theenergy market.
