Tim Surrette joined Lee’s Morvillo Group/Alloy Holdings in January 2026 as Director of Operations, reporting to Brian Clapprood, Chief Operating Officer, LMG. As a key member of the LMG Leadership Team, Tim plays a central role in executing operational strategy and driving performance across the business unit.

In his role, Tim is responsible for managing and coordinating all manufacturing operations, overseeing production planning, driving procurement execution, leading personnel management, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and procedures. He works closely with Sales, Engineering, and Human Resources to align operational performance with corporate objectives and customer requirements.

Tim brings nearly 40 years of manufacturing experience, including more than three decades in the jewelry industry. He spent 32 years at Herff Jones, Inc., where he held roles of increasing responsibility in Inventory Management, Production Control, and Operations Management. He later served as Plant Manager at Luca + Dani in Cranston, Rhode Island, and most recently as Chief Production Officer at Haverhill in Warren, Rhode Island. His depth of operational leadership and industry knowledge strengthens LMG’s manufacturing foundation and execution discipline.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and family. A longtime football enthusiast, Tim is a devoted Patriots fan.
